Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the company’s Alibaba International platform store, including product uploading, maintenance, and optimization.

2. Familiar with platform rules, policies, store optimization, and P4P promotion. Optimize product titles, keywords, descriptions, cross-selling, store navigation, and homepage presentation to increase conversion rates based on platform search rules and user behavior.

3. Monitor and analyze daily backend data, including click-through rates, feedback rates, and store conversion rates, and implement optimization measures.

4. Track competitor and industry product trends online, identify gaps, and update products to improve rankings.

5. Promote store and products using Alibaba’s internal marketing resources to increase exposure, inquiries, and sales.

6. Leverage external channels to drive additional traffic, proficiently using various online platforms to promote products.

7. Analyze platform data to guide sales teams on proper keyword usage, prepare analysis reports, and provide improvement suggestions. Experience in creating best-selling products is a plus.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above; International Trade or English-related majors preferred. CET-4 or equivalent; strong English reading and writing skills; at least 1 year of Alibaba International platform operations experience.

2. Capable of independently managing an Alibaba International store; familiar with platform rules and marketing/promotion techniques.

3. Strong data analysis skills and ability to propose improvements based on performance metrics.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, execution, learning ability, and stress tolerance.

5. Ability to learn and leverage industry competitive advantages with keen market insight; skilled at increasing platform traffic using multiple strategies.

6. Familiar with platform policies and able to apply them in daily store operations; capable of resolving disputes effectively.

1. Salary: Base salary (5,000–20,000 RMB) + high commission, uncapped.
